Earth/Earth feedback

After going through the first 10 pages on here and seeing no Earth/Earth builds, I decided to try and make one. I have never played a dom (until this one) and never built one in mids. I was wondering if I could have some feedback from you doms on what I could improve on. Or if someone has a good earth/earth build they can share and explain why it is a good build in comparison to what I made. Again, I have no idea what I am doing on a dom other than going after perma-dom.
