Do Tital Pool bonus effects stack?

As titled, do they stack?  i.e if I use Shoal Rush, and Whitecap, and Power of the Deeps, does Tital Pool get the bonus x3?  Trying to decide if Shoal Rush is worth taking, and stacking bonus tips me towards yes.
