Unimportant Bug: Barrier Reef can be summoned while on Dark Astoria "personal story" missions

Not important at all, but generally all player powers are unusable on the personal story missions, but for some reason Barrier Reef can be summoned.

 

Tested on both Heather Townsend and Mu Vorkhan's missions.
