Roy Cooling Arc no longer giving Helping Hand badge

Hi there,

 

The Roy Cooling arc is no longer giving out the Helping Hand badge. I petitioned and was told nothing can be done so I can only assume this is an active bug.

Very recently since I got it on one of my latest alts. 

 

You were in the mission the whole time, and you were the mission owner?

I was in the mission the full time, I was not the mission owner. Of the 8 of us I was the only one to NOT get it.
