New Animation for Sonic Attack

While in Dark Astoria, I noticed that certain members of the Talons of Vengeance, specifically the Sirens, had a really cool attack animation. They use various song attacks, and the attack animations are composed of music notes which fly through the air towards the target. I was wondering if it might be possible to take those musical note attack animations and make them an animation option for the Sonic Attacks powerset for Defenders, Corruptors, Sentinels, etc.
