I can’t log into my game passwords not working

Are you using your Forum User Name and Password or your Game Account User Name and Password? If you go to " Game Account " at the top of this page you can view your Game User Name and can Reset the Password. Be sure to make sure your Caps Lock is off as the Password is Case Sensitive.

Is the Forum Account you are posting from ( Juzernault ) the one associated with your Game Account?

 

If it is, go to the top of this page, Hover over Game Account, then click on Game Account from the list.

It will show you your Game Account user name and allow you to reset the Game Password. Use that User Name and Password to log into the game.

This Log In is separate from your Forum Account.

 

If it is not, start a Support Ticket, it helps to include the Email Address associated with the Account, but supply as Much info as you can, including your Global Handle if you remember it.

A Game Master should be able to help you from there.
