Need help with a Dark Dark Blaster build..

My Dark Dark Blaster is lvl 50 and I want to Respec him.  I will be gratefull if someone will list a build for me.  This is my second character and I really do not know what I am doing.  Please give me your suggestions with other power pools and the Epic pools if needed.  A list of Enhancements will be usfull as well but any help will be Appreciated.
