The Justice Superteamers meet every Friday and Sunday night at 8pm EDT/5pm PDT.  We run themed teams to stack buffs/debuffs.  Currently, our Friday night team is based on the newish powerset of Marine Affinity along with Water Blast, you don't have to have both, just one of those powersets.  You can find out more on this forum post,
