Winter Event reminded me that it be nice to have ICE effect for bases. The ice surfaces that one can create a frozen pond to "skate" on.

Still a cool idea.

 

So if you look in Decals there are Oil Splates and if you combine them in a large area, you get to have a ice rink that will be around year round. 🫠

You can emulate it with some trickery while building it does not look as cool though

The Trickery is requires a lot more effort then if they Dev's just include the pane ... one can slip on the Glass Windows on the Pocket D on top of the buildings

Having icy surface panels to use in bases would be great, as would snowy panels (flat and hilly) -- part of the fun when Atlas Park gets its winter look is sliding on ice and the cronch-cronch sound when you run across snowy fields.
