General Chat As Character Chatter In Wedding Mission

I've been running the wedding mission once each on a number of characters for a couple of hours now.  Unexpectedly, while on my Archery/Ninjitsu Sentinel, I ran into a bug.  There was someone named Max (didn't gather global name or other information) chatting in the General global channel along with everyone else.  For some reason, anything they said came out of the non-combat version of Echidna during the pre-ceremony and ceremony phases.  I didn't see any more player chat coming from an NPC for the rest of the mission once the combat started, but it could have been due to Max not speaking while another Echidna was spawned?

Server: Excelsior
Time: Within 30 minutes of this post
No team members, I've been entirely solo (and bouncing between alts) all day.
No odd temp powers toggle on or in use, just AT/pool/weapon mastery stuff.

No other notable social factors (not gfriends or SG mates with this Max)

 

I'll run a few more and keep my eyes open for any more of this as well as try to gather more specifics if it does recur.
