Allen504 Posted February 28 Posted February 28 If accessing Neutropolis Pt. 4 via Ouroboros the mission is level 25 and the character is set to level 20. This is true for all 4 part 4's (Responsibility, Power, Warden, Crusader). Makes the mission nearly impossible.

Chapter 4 of the Neutropolis arcs, the single player only missions, are in the 20-24 range of Ouroboros but load as level 25 missions when accepted. Though the enemies were level 24 when I tried it. (And you are still level 20.)
