Its been a few days now and no mention as to why the beta servers are down or when they will be back up? Thoughts?

Typically happens when a new issue/page is about to drop.

In this case, I think it's happened because the Valentines code is active on the live server. If you look at the version numbers, the test server is a version or so behind live.
