Respec failed bug (+ enhancements placed in the enhancement bar vanished)

I tried to do a respec (I'm level 34 but I'd only levelled up to 13 if that matters), and after slotting some of my enhancements and putting the rest in my enhancement bar like I usually do, I got an error message that said respec failed. I closed out of the menu, the respec did not go through, but all the enhancements that I placed in my enhancement bar vanished.

You need to be completely leveled up before respeccing or the respec will fail, this is working as intended. As far as your enhancements, log out and back in and they should return.
