Recluse Victory badges not indictating

I was badge hunting yesterday in Recluse Victory and none of the badges indicated that i had received the badges or showed up in Most Recent Badges. 

Once I left the zone via Base TP, I checked in Exploration and the badges were there as well as the Accolade for the zone which also didn't Indicate.

 Also I did not receive the 5 merits. Not a big deal but just wanted to point that out.

Are you sure you didn't already have them?  If they are no where in the recent, you could see if a GM can check the grant date on them. (which would help debug anyway)

Never entered the zone with that toon until yesterday. When I was in the zone this morning to get the one hour badge it indicated that I got the badge for it.
