Mission Arc Given By Contact Despite Being Flagged As Done

I'm not sure if this is a bug or normal operation. However, I had done the Ancient History arc through Ouroboros. Then Tavish Bell, who I had been ignoring until I saw he introduced Operative Grillo and I wanted to pick Operative Grillo as a contact, introduced me to Operative Grillo and he has assigned me the Ancient History arc to do. I'm not complaining. It's an easy and fast arc, and I was planning on running it again anyway later. However, I thought that if an arc was flagged as done, then the contact didn't repeat it. To be fair, I never went to Operative Grillo the previous times I ran that arc, so technically he is giving it to me for the first time. However, I have also done the arc so he is also technically repeating the arc. So... normal operation or no?

 

So with the understanding that I often come across as clear as mud, what happened was this:

 

I wanted to do the Elder Snakes arc but didn't have Operative Grillo.

I did the Ancient History arc through Ouroboros to hunt Elder Snakes. (A few times.)

I stopped ignoring a contact and he introduced me to Operative Grillo.

Operative Grillo assigned me the Ancient History arc.

I got confused and came here.
