Weird But Helpful Maintained Aggro

So I'm doing one of the Tavish Bell arcs, the Vigilante Justice one, and I'm hunting Mynx in a Longbow base to hold her hostage against Positron. I come across another group of Longbow in their base, I know, wow, amazing, and I throw a Darkest Night on one of the Longbow Wardens. That of course aggroes the group. Sometime during the fight though, the Longbow Warden with Darkest Night attached fled and I failed to notice until more Longbow came running around the corner. I run around the corner to see just how bad my screw up is and I see that both spawns on the upper landing of the double ramp room have come down to teach me my place. Not surprisingly, I'm defeated. So I hot foot it back to the base, run back to the fight I had started before everything went to hell, and the run away Longbow Warden is standing there just waiting to be put down. Summoned and upgraded my pets, ordered them to finish that Warden, and suddenly there are more Longbow running around the corner again. I peek around the corner, and both groups from the other room that Longbow Warden had run to earlier are now running back to save her again.

 

Now, they could have just been two ambushes. However, after finally clearing them out, I checked the next room. And nope, out of the three spawns normally in that room, only the spawn on the ground level on the other side of the ramps/landing is left. So non-ambush spawns maintained aggro on me after I rezzed back at my base, ran (Ninja Run) all the way across Grandville to the sub again, and ran through the mostly cleared base to that fight. Triggering to fight me only after I resumed fighting the Longbow Warden from the hall as if they were part of her spawn. That shouldn't happen.

 

(Now, as for why I called that a helpful little bug? Because it let me finish clearing the landing spawns without adding in the last group in that room through pet aggro.)
