Every time I buy an enhancement on the AH and at other times (when entering a mission, for example), I get a message that says, "Your inspiration inventory is full. This item could not be added." I turned off the inspiration tray full message, but the problem persists. I have logged out and swapped characters to see if it would clear up on its own, but it continues. It started when someone tried to give me an insp at the same time that I was getting one out of email yesterday. Any ideas for how to fix it?

If you look at your Inspiration Tray, are there any open spots for additional Inspirations? Turning off the full message won't allow you to receive more. You can only carry as many as you have slots for in the tray or you will receive that message. You can however, as you mentioned, email Inspirations to yourself if you need more and retrieve them from your email in mission.

I fixed it. It occurred to me that the errant message was coming from the email system. I deleted an insp and got one from email. That made the problem go away.

Have never tried Enabling " Hide Inspiration Tray Full Warning " but you shouldn't receive the warning with that enabled in options.

I did, though. Again, I think the message was coming from the email system. It seems to have kept trying to send that message any time I received something (enhancement or insp) and when I entered missions. I've been playing since release day (4 May 2004 - with the obligatory years off before Homecoming became public knowledge) and had never seen that one. Fixed now, it seems.
