Needing help with a Plant/Psi Dominator build

Looking for some help with making a Plant/Psi Dominator build that has good survivability and DMG

So I would do something along these lines:

 

Drain Psyche is 3s off perma, so with 1 stack you essentially have limitless endurance. 

Fold Space to pull mobs in to your kill zone. 

AOE is from Creepers, Psy shockwave and ROF/Fireball

ST is from Stranger, Mind probe, Psionic Lance and TK Thrust

 

Please note the unorthodox slotting in roots is because I wanted to fit the +damage proc in but was already at 5x 10% recharge bonuses. So used 5 of the non-superior Domi ATOs and then superior +dam proc IO to increase the proc rate. If you wanted it slotted for damage instead and didn't care about the +dam proc, you could  slot Cupid set for the 8.75%

 

So this is
