The game makes liberal use of a generic punching/weaving animation for allies and enemy spawns to show that they are fighting when you get there.

 

As far as I can tell, this isn't an option. Am I missing it somewhere? Is there a configuration that does this if you choose default?

 

If I'm not missing it and it isn't currently available... wtf?

I've even changed NPC's entire powersets so that I could pick animations that looked like them fighting... I would love to be able to stop doing that.
