The display shows: cold damage resist base value 22% value 35.30% (56.8%) //at 66% value should be 37.35% fire damage resist base value 9.3% value 14.71% (56.8%) //at 66% value should be 15.438% so is 56.8% a limit? If so, how to know that? If not, why isn't 66% being used? I went to Ouroboros all i got was this lousy secret! COH bomp bomp:
