Etched Posted June 4 Posted June 4 A friend and I have been clearing out the AVs/Heroes in RV but States never spawns, is there something we are doing wrong? It's just the two of us and currently we have beat every AV/Hero except for him. Do we need a larger team or is he a pain to spawn?
