Blaster Epic Pool Power - Dark Mastery - Possess

 

Is this power completely useless other than for slotting sets?

 

It gives HUGE debuffs to you including a stacking -30% damage debuff - which isnt described in the powerset at all - and appears to be at odds with the way Defiance is set up

 

It looks absolutely awesome but giga nerfs you
