Fire / Ninja build wanted....

I made this character several months ago, got her levelled too fast to 40, then I parked her, and she has crappy slotting, half of what's there is SOs and some slots are just empty lol. I need to get back to this toon though. The idea of the character is worth exploring.

Mostly just solo PvE. What I was thinking was try to strengthen the crit chances thru powers / IO set bonuses maybe? While at the same time, trying to get her some level of defenses / resists. A decent balance for soloing really. 

I just don't normally play blasters, I have only 2 lol. So, I have no idea how to actually build it. And besides, as I mentioned above, I really short changed myself by leveling the toon too fast. I probably would know the character and how the power sets can work together better if I had actually played her thru King's Row and everything lol. But like a dummy I went to an AoE farm.
