I've finally dinged fifty. I've got some respecs handy, so I'm looking to overhaul my dude. I do a lot of exemping so I tried to avoid purples generally (except for the unbreakable constraint in blind, which I already had handy). My main goal was Perma PA which I am just ever-so-annoyingly shy of. I know my defenses aren't all that great, but that's what the auto-taunt on PA is for, right? Any feedback, missed synergies, or wasted slot spotting is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 Nope, purple (and PvP) enhancements give their bonuses all the way down to 10, regardless of if they’re attuned or not.

 

 It’s actually better to NOT attune your purples so you can boost the ones that have lower enhancement bonuses (like end redux)

Empowered with knowledge and embracing purples, I've cobbled together the below. I'm not sure if my Soothing Aura slotting is optimal, but I gave it a shot anyway. Also gets ol' PA a hair under 60s, which is nice! 

 

I'm sure I sacrificed a lot in the name of +recharge, but let me know what you think (especially if I'm just going to be a paper tiger ready to die immediately). Thanks!

big thing, swap the miracle +recovery and the panacea proc.  The miracle only affects you, but panacea can proc on anyone in range of the toggle…. Also, if we can get 2 more slots in there, you can slot 5x panacea for the recharge bonus.

 

spectral terror: looks like you only have 2 or 3 6.25% recharge sets slotted, change out Dark Watcher’s Despair for Cloud Senses and you’ll get extra recharge.  Also spectral terror isn’t auto hit, so getting some accuracy is a good thing.

 

Move the 2nd slot of Superior Invisibility to Soothing Aura

 

move 1 slot from mind over body into soothing aura and slot 5x panacea also, change one of the remaining enhancements to the +max HP unbreakable guard

Take out the resist aura from phantasm and move the slot to World of Pain

 

change World of Pain to 5x Impervious Skin for the 5% recharge
