 I am looking for a build with the above powers, with Phantom Lore, Spectral Interface, Ion Core Judgement, Cardiac Incarnates with Soul Mastery.  Anythging that could help is appreciated to be appreciated!

the first since i know you are level 50 is made for healing support and lots of pets but you will need Sands of Mu, Blackwand and Nemesis Staff for offence if your doing missions or task forces under level 22

ok i have a new Mids glitch if someone knows how to export the short link using version v3.7.5 let me know and there is a Legacy Link but it does not work

i tested the above link it goes into your Download Folder just double click it there and the Mids will work

this build is based on Kick, Boxing, Cross Punch, Brawl as your main lineup and you can compliment that with Sands of Mu

this build also has all the pets possible

Incarnates i changed based on my experience the Vigor will keep your endurance under control the Rebirth is your personal heal and Storm Lore because the Monsoon has good secondary effects to lockdown crowds and is indestructible as for Barrier Radial instead of Core its so you get the secondary Rezx2 since i did not include Howling Twilight

this build is also much more affordable
