Does Cauterizing Blaze in Fiery Aura do anything?

I ask because I don't see any health tickers above my head nor in the Combat Attributes menu for regeneration. I have it slotted with 3 SO heals and don't see any signs that it's doing anything.

It gives you a periodic heal, not regeneration. You won't see any green numbers but it should show up in the combat log.
