Rudra Posted July 18 Posted July 18 (edited) So I'm working on leveling my level 23 Martial Arts/Ninjitsu Scrapper and I'm fighting Mangle. Mangle is... well... mangling me.... So I hit Kuji-In Sha to heal myself. Power shows activated and goes on recharge. Except... my health did not go up.... So yeah, Kuji-In Sha failed to heal. (And yes, I even made sure it was Kuji-In Sha I used. I had ample time to verify what power was clicked after my defeat.) Edited July 18 by Rudra Edited to add missing "j" to "Ninjitsu" in title.
