Tin Mage TF randomly disabling insps

   Over the last 2 days I've been on more than one ApeMage (The correct naming for how people run TinPex) where the Apex TF worked as normal but the Tin Mage TF has inspirations disabled: including the accompanying icon under your health bars / self buffs.  In all cases, the leaders of these TFs were confused and swear they didn't intentionally toggle this option on.  This begs the question of how it is happening: if the TF start window is checking options by default or something.  I started a few myself to try to replicate it, but everything behaves as normal on my end.  It could just be a bunch of coincidences, but has anyone else been on some TFs where inspirations were mysteriously disabled recently?
