Toggling Talk Bubbles Per Chat Category

I think it would be great to, say, make only Local chat show talk bubbles so it's less immersion breaking. Would it be possible to make talk bubbles toggle-able per each category?

Are you referring to those occasions on a mission where a talk bubble suddenly appears over a teammate's head, and you've nothing in your chat window because they're talking in a chat that you don't have open in the chat box?
