Mind Control / Time build for a new player.

Hey folks! 

 

I'm a brand new player and have no idea how to build a Mind Control / Time controller. 

 

I've searched the forums for ideas, but apparently the combination is not very popular, it seems. I also found some builds in weird formats, I'm not sure how to read them. Could any kind soul out there help a newbie out?

I have a Mind/Time troller, havent got to a very high level yet but it works very well.

 

/time is a great secondary for any troller really.
