Looking for Dark Melee/Bio Armor Build for teaming and some solo

I'd like to be able to solo +4/8 no AVs, and run with 4 star content teams. I can afford a lot more, but prefer the build to be efficient in cost. say 250mil to 1 bil. 

 

I have a Dark Melee/Bio Build Scrapper that I love. I've grabbed some Aegis/Serendipity/LotG and threw them in whatever powers and i'm at 42% s/l dmg res and 37% s/l def. It's enough to give me a taste of it and I want more. Looking to take the build to the next level. I usually solo in +1/8 for soul drain and then Fire Master and Single Target. I am willing to change up my playstyle. if needed.
