Where to Go For Lore?

Not so much a new player as an insulated one that has no characters over level 30 and love messing with Macros. The game is absolutely amazing and I cannot help but wonder if there is additional bits of lore outside of the game folks post. Thanks in advance! ❤️

You can download all of the comic books here.  That's a good start.

 

There were also two City of Heroes novels published in the mid-2000s, The Web of Arachnos by Robert Weinberg and The Freedom Phalanx by Robin D. Laws.  AFAIK, The Web of Arachnos is still mostly canon while The Freedom Phalanx is no longer canon but still has some good information.  You may be able to find them at a used bookshop or on eBay or something.

For the first couple of years after the original sunset, the developers did lore-related AMAs on Reddit which you can find here.
