Befilement Posted August 26 Posted August 26 The Embalmbed Cadavers and Embambled Abominations do their "about to explode" animation but they never actually explode. It ends and they attack normally until they do it again, again not exploding. Shard: Excelsior

Many auras disrupt interruptible enemy powers like exploding.

Tanker, Willpower/War Mace, level 18. I don't think I have any auras that affect enemies, just passives on myself. Edited August 27 by Befilement

I do, but I do believe this issue was happening even when I was level like 2 or 3. At the time, I thought my attacks on them were interrupting them but over time I realized that even if I didn't attack them, they still don't blow up. I can try to recreate on a fresh character, if that would help.

There is an AE arc that is 100% embalmed Vahzilok, created specifically to test out tanker’s ability to disrupt the explosion. Arc 47227, the forbidden sewer warehouse of Dr. Vahzilok. if you want to just have embalmeds to test with. good hunting!

Rudra Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Just go to Echo: Faultline. Turn off Rise to the Challenge. Plop yourself by some Embalmed, and don't attack.

If you go to any AE building (there isn’t one in Atlas or Mercy but pretty much everywhere else) and once there go to any of the mission terminals, you can just search on the arc number 47227 and the arc should show up and you can choose to play it, quit when you wish. I only recommend it because it is 100% embalmed cadavers and embalmed abominations for you to test to see if they are prone to explode. Rudra’s alternate suggestion, to go to Echo: Faultline is a good one as well, since the old iteration of Faultline was lousy with Vahz. But you’ll be facing other types of Vahzilok too if you go there.
