Character Renamed Itself - progress lost!

Hello.  I made a toon this morning on Excelsior and ran her through Death From Below.  She was level 6 or 7 when I signed off for lunch.  When I came back online, it said the character had been offline for more than 80 days, renamed it, put it in Outbreak, and recostumed it to something generic!  I've never seen the like before.  How do I proceed? Cheers.

You have two tanker characters named Iron-Psiren on Excelsior.  The one with a hyphen is level 1.  The one without the hyphen is level 6.
