Intel Arc B580

Not sure this is the place for this, but I upgraded my PC to an intel arc B580 (from integrated radeon gpu) and now the game launches as a black screen. If I alt-tab out I can see the login screen in the background, but if I click it to try to log in the screen goes black again. 

 

For now I can just use a different system to play city, so it isnt a huge problem, but I figure it is worth putting out there in case someone else knows of a fix!
