Some of my character's powers don't work anymore

Hi all,

 

I have a veteran level 50, she's been around since 2019, I don't play her much anymore. I recently transferred her from one shard to another, so maybe that has something to do with it? But, I happened to log on and just run a few missions for old times sake. But, some of her powers don't work anymore. She's a Rad/Rad blaster and most notably, her Atomic Blast doesn't work. I've tested it on several groups, and she goes through the animation, but nothing happens. She is my main bank toon, so she does the majority of my auction house stuff, and I thought I'd just hit Inner Inspiration before I log off, just to fill in some of her empty inspiration slots, and the animation happened, but she didn't get any inspirations. I'm currently logged in and just tested her Atomic Blast again to make sure, it doesn't do anything.

 

EDIT: Ok, it has been a very long time since I've fought using this character. I need to be standing in the group for it to work, it's slowly coming back to me. And, I suppose the Inner Inspiration did work, I just didn't notice? I think I might need a nap. Crisis averted...
