Simple question: Is the Controller APP version of Ice Storm supposed to be able to slot Accuracy IOs? The Blaster version (on Mids) is able to. The Controller version is NOT able to. For someone not delving into IO sets (not I, but hypothetical) I want to make sure that is intentional. If Blasters can slot Acc IOs into it, not sure why Controllers cannot. I usually build up to 50 before I decide to IO out a character and at Lv. 48 I cannot slot an Acc IO into my Controller's Ice Storm. Please let me know if I should post in the bug forum or not.
