Electric/Shield/Mu Build

So, finally got my Electric/Shield scrapper to 50 and thought I should share my current build plan with the brain trust to see if I can tweak it further.


I've seen a few builds that all seem to rely on jumping as a core part of the build, but my favorite travel power is flight so my build goes different route. I tried a fly/hover build for an extra bonus, but the hover is... awkward for melee, so dropped as more hindrance than help.


I'd love to get more recovery/regen, but without sacrificing def caps this is the best I can come up with so far:
