I can't remember if I mentioned this before, but just in case...

Powexec_location is able to allow location based powers to activate on most targets. No issues with any of the normal mobs, but AVs are another matter.

I have noticed that /powexec_location target doesn't work on Nightstar and Siege in a BAF trial. I haven't tested it on any other AVs.
