New to seafood, need recipes.

I've never made it very far on PB's in the past. I've always wanted a Multiclass Barbarian/Fighter/Paladin in other games, but have never really been able to in the way I imagine. I'm also way more interested in comics than fantasy.

I think I finally have the right inspiration for a PB that I will really invest some time in.

 

Here's where I need your help. I have no clue on how to build with a Kheld to reach my goals.

I tend to lean way more into the melee archetypes, mostly Brutes and Scrappers.

I have the most fun in the seconds between punches being thrown.

Two warriors.

Face to face.

Only one will survive!

 

 

I'm thinking of leveraging the shields and heals from the powers themselves and along with incarnates to maximizing both survivability and damage.

I really want the "Cosmic Eye Blast" for concept reasons.

 

I need help in crafting both a mid-tier and a high-end build.
