Do Kheldians lose their missions if they change alignments?

I have a warshade that I plan to turn into a villain or rogue, as I want him to actually be a Nictus character. However, I would like to fully play through the warshade specific missions. If I am a villain or rogue, does this restrict me from taking missions from Shadowstar or any other kheldian specific missions?

Yes, Shadowstar’s story missions are hero/vig only. But if you are a Nictus villain, are you going to be working against other Nictus?  You could swap back via Null every 5 levels to do her missions if that fits your RP for the character.

Ah, that'll work. I don't want to miss out on the missions, as I've never completed them. I was afraid if I switched and became a rogue, then switched back again, that I would have my access blocked. 

 

It can fit my rp. My guy is like a Lex Luthor who took control of a Nictus. He pretends to be a Nictus when it suits him to gather knowledge, especially alien technology for his company. He can easily pretend to be a Warshade for similar reasons.

 

I do wish we had a Nictus option and Nictus villain storylines.
