Lost ATOs and IOs during server crash

I was in my base putting ATOs and IOs on my new lvl 29 toon. When the mapserver and crash happened.  When I was able to log back in, all those were lost. I don't know if I should just count these as lost forever, or if I should expect a fix.  Meanwhile I can't play that character.

Did you check to see if Consumed by Fire & Hidden Hostility still had them?    I bought and slotted an enhancement before one of the crashes, and because of the time lost, I didn't when i logged back in.  However, I had the influence back as well.

Yes, just checked, the IOs and ATOs from Hidden Hostility and Consumed by Fire are not there.  This makes me very weary of using my base when I want to transfer items.  Only the items on the new toon were lost, and I think perhaps the items are not "recorded" until I zone out of the base.  None of the items were bought.
