Banni Posted November 9 Posted November 9 Dear all, I am about to build a character based on Carmen Sandiego. It will be a MA/SR Scrapper (unless you have a better idea of a combination). Can you suggest a nice Built? I have a Fire Farmer, so Influence isn't an issue.
