Alssidar Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 Oddly enough, I can get to the login screen. However, I cannot convince it to let my mouse cursor be on that screen. I run a 3 monitor setup, which I don't think is all that unique anymore. Is there a specific trick to convincing the game to recognize my mouse and utilize that monitor? goblinite Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 Windowed or Full Screen mode? On Windows 10 in Windowed Mode once the login screen comes up the program does not texbox.setfocus (or the equivalent for the language CoH is written in) as I would expect it to. I have to hunt for my cursor sometimes to locate it. You can open your mouse properties and set to locate cursor when CTRL is pressed. It is under Mouse>Additional Mouse Options>Pointer Options. This will show you if the cursor has just wandered off on you. You can also go to one screen and see if the behavior continues.
Alssidar Posted July 11, 2019 Author Posted July 11, 2019 For whatever reason, closing the game out, and restarting it resolved the issue. I have it set up for windowed borderless, somehow, though I don't recall setting it up that way specifically. Gamers are a designer's best friend, worst enemy, and greatest inspiration.
