Persistent Bomb Marker

In the third of the five back to back defeat gang leaders and their crews missions that closes out the Tsoo Coup arc, there is a bomb the player has to disarm. Fortunately for the player, it is marked on the map and easy to find once they get the key to the door. However, its marker never goes away after you have disarmed the bomb and the bomb despawned.

 

(Edit: Yes, I know this has been reported before somewhere. No, I don't care that it has. Chalk it up as a Rudra's Persistently Perturbational Problem Post.)
