Test of Combat in The Labyrinth of Fog

I'll write a guide up in the next day or two, but I wanted to encourage players to try these out.

 

When: Since Issue 28, page 3.

Where:

• Labyrinth of Fog: Core. Level 45+ required. Only the leader needs access to the core.
  • What means Midnighters club in Croatoa, Steel Canyon, and Founders Falls, but *not* Night Ward.
• Other players can, Follow thru the Fog, to the leader.
• Or use the mirror/portal in the Labyrinth lobby to select the mission. Like Oro or a train.

How: Once you have access to the core, find the Watcher by the glowing portal. It's very close to the Core entrance.

What:

•   There are seven repeatable missions organized by color, blue, green, orange, yellow, red, violet and the special white mission which is unlocked once the leader has completed all the other colors at least once.
• Six color missions
  • Maps are random, but the mobs match to the Labyrinth zones by color.
  • At the end of each mission is an EB/AV depending on settings.
  • There are no minions, all mobs are ranked shifted up one. This has a big positive effect on exp/inf.
• The white mission has only bosses and EB. No minions or lts. There are four EB/AVs at the end.

Why:

• It's fun to solo or team.
• There are two badges, one for completing the six basic color missions, another one for completing the white mission.
• The experience and influence is very good
  • How good? Ok, not fire farming good, let's be clear.
  • Mostly full PUG team of 50+
    • Time: 1:10
    • First two missions at 4x8, last two 5x8.
    • Exp: 30, 242, 334 which ended up being 5 vet level. 7200 exp per second.
    • Inf: 35, 285, 498, 8401 inf per second
