Cursor Teleporting.

Ever since the latest legacy 28 update my cursor has just been teleporting across the screen, I have no clue what to do or if anyone else is having this issue. I right click and drag the camera around and then when I let go my mouse is in the correct spot, but as soon as I start moving the mouse it go from the middle all the way to a random spot on the screen  towards the left. If anyone knows what I can do please let me know. Thank you.

Make sure you set your Controller/Gamepad input to "None", unless you're playing with a controller. The issue seems to be caused by "ghost" controller inputs from devices that aren't actually plugged in.
