Ice/Nature Build

[Maslow]

Anyone have experience with this combo or want to weigh in on a build? I've not played much outside lots of scrapper and brute. I'm trying to learn some other ATs. My priority was defense, followed by solo capability. I have no experience with the primary or secondary so I'm guessing a plan.
