I have mostly selected the powers that I like, but was unsure what to pick for one, so ended up with Blackhole(which doesn't seem too useful really). I would really appreciate some input on the build to make it much more functional and fun. I like my secondary powers, and I chose Mace Mastery for the Power Boost power to enhance things like my Fearsome Stare. Beyond that I am fairly flexible. If you think that selecting the powers in a different order would be best, I'm open to that as well. The real place I need help with is enhancements, both a budget version and a more expensive version that I can slowly upgrade into as I get the infamy/influence.
