On Brute the Arctic Master power Ice Storm has wrong display

While looking to level my brute to lvl 41 and browsing the Epic powers to decide what Epic to start taking I noticed a problem with the Ice Storm 'Show Detailed Info' description.  Long story short, it seems to be displaying extra fire damage and including it in the total damage.  This throws off the Average Damage and DPA numbers significantly.

 

I did a quick test on Justin and the fire damage doesn't seem to be actually happening (at least, it's not showing up in the combat log).  I think it's misplaced Fiery Embrace damage.  Normally when those show up it says "Only when using Fiery Embrace", but in this case it doesn't.
